Smoked Meat, freezing winters, the vibrant Rue de St. Laurent, and 2 Rebels; a few of the things Montreal is known for. In a city so rich with culture, it is surprising that Montreal’s increasing reputation for type hasn’t hit the international scene sooner. For the past decade, 2 Rebels have been one of the brick-layers of the city’s contemporary type design. Speak Up was able to take time with co-founder Denis Dulude to see what was in his space.
